Location:
Richmond (Closed to public transportation)


Requirements:


  • Prior bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
  • Capable of independently managing AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and GST/PST filings.
  • Experience with preparing T4, T4 Summary, T2, T5, and ROE is preferred.
  • Ability to assist in preparing financial statement documents as needed.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit GST/PST tax filings.
  • Prepare T4, T4 Summary, and, if applicable, T2 and T5 forms.
  • Assist with ROE preparation and financial statement documentation as required.
