What you'll be doing

  • At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of onsite and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview._ Afterhours and carry a pager may apply.
How you'll succeed

  • Production Support
  • Investigate and define operational issues and prioritize based on severity, risk and/or strategic business needs. Manage communication to users, management and technology teams. Maintain log of problems and update knowledge sharing document for future reference.


  • Partnership

  • Work as a regular liaison with business partners, technology partners, senior management team, internal and external clients. Ensure clients are wellinformed of the project status, timelines and scope of project delivery. Provide SME advice and direction to internal and external customers to ensure that the business requirements are appropriately defined. Partner with project manager, technical resources, vendors, and management to ensure accurate execution of project(s).
  • Provide cost and time estimates for assigned work packages to support the development of time tables and project plans
Who you are

  • Must have Bachelors or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • You're digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You can easily adapt to new tools and trends.
  • You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't. Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making.
