Office Administrator - Toronto, Canada - Sun City Rehab Centre

We are a busy rehabilitation centre in north Scarborough (Markham Road and McNicoll) looking for a dynamic and professional office manager/administrative assistant.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Booking appointments
• Answering patient inquiries
• Liaising with insurance companies
• Preparing invoicing

The ideal applicant will have:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil;
• Previous administrative office/office management experience or directly related skills;
• A strong knowledge of MS Word and Outlook;
• The ability to multitask and problem solve;
• The ability to function well alone and working as a team;
• Very punctual work ethic;
• A comfort with mathematics and numbers;
• Availability weekdays Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Hours for Tuesday and Thursday are flexible start time.

This position is a minimum of 30 hours per week but will increase during the busy periods. This position is permanent and not suitable for students.

$18.00-$24.00 per hour

As a primary care facility, we are deemed an essential service. This position will require you to come into our office to work.

Our office is fully retrofitted with the highest standards of safety protocols to ensure the well being of our staff/patients.
