The Opportunity
You will be the first contact and responsible for resolving end-users IT issues, including workstation, network, printer issues etc.

Perform questions/problems diagnoses, guide users through issue resolution, communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly term and provide end-user training if necessary.

You will also be responsible for ensuring new hire's proper accounts and access are active and assign corporate equipment.

What You'll Do

  • The owner and administrator of the Helpdesk ticketing system. Accepting and distributing all helpdesk tickets through to the IT team
  • Provide technical expertise/support to all Synaptive employees through our ticketing system
  • Onboarding new hires with equipment and proper account access
  • Offboarding employees with equipment retrieval and access control
  • Assist and support implementations of modern technologies to improve Synaptive employees' workflow
  • Administer Office account setups, distribution lists, shared resources
  • Record, track, and document service desk request problemsolving process, and actions taken through to final resolution
What You'll Need

  • Experienced with Windows 10 OS, MacOS and iOS devices
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience providing technical support for Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and Active Directory
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
