What You'll Be Doing


You will be working with a dynamic team of Adoption Change Managers responsible for advocating on behalf of CIBC employees regarding new and revised technology services.

As an Adoption Change Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring that all affected employees have what they need to use new/revised technology services optimally, as well as are aware of where to go for support and assistance.

Adoption Change Managers require confidence and the ability to influence peers and vendors by keeping CIBC employee needs top of mind.

How You'll Succeed- Consult with technology project teams and infrastructure service providers to ensure that CIBC employees' needs are identified when services are introduced or revised.- Create and distribute all communications and online content to promote awareness of the change and of the impact to CIBC employees across the organization.

Strong technical writing skills.- Influence the short-term strategy for new and existing technology initiatives and day-to-day processes on behalf of CIBC employees.- Assist CIBC employees with questions and concerns relating to the service being provided, and the communications made available.

- Assist the project with creation of surveys to obtain client feedback (as required)- Ensure that all appropriate support teams are engaged on projects/ad hoc work (as required)
