| About the role
Reporting to the Director, Procurement, Vendor Management and Technology & Operations Integration, the incumbent supports the Vendor Management processes and procedures both internally and externally.
| What you'll do
- Provide support to the Vendor Management team by undertaking research and drafting briefing notes, analysis documents, process workflows, and reports, with guidance and direction from the more senior members of the VM team;
- Remain current on vendor relationships and contracts and bringing relevant issues to the attention of management and the Vendor Portfolio Managers;
- Validate monthly vendor service levels/key performance indicators and provide insights on performance issues and trends;
- Support the implementation and evolution of the vendor management approach.
- Postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline;
- Minimum of three (3) year's experience in vendor management and/or contract management;
- Minimum of three (3) year's experience in management reporting and strategic analytics;
- Strong Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides; and Microsoft Excel;
- Experience building and maintaining strong business relationships with vendors, business owners, and stakeholders at various organizational levels;
- Valid criminal records check or eligibility to obtain.
- Based on qualifications and experience: $78,031 and $97,539.
- Flexible, hybrid (remote/office) environment;
