Description
The General Labourer is responsible for moving materials and clearing properties of debris in Windsor, Ontario.

The General Labourer works in collaboration with the Maintenance Technician, Resident Manager and reports to the Maintenance Coordinator.


Responsibilities

  • Move materials as required
  • Clear and dispose of any debris on assigned properties daily
  • Assist the Maintenance Technician with minor repairs as required
  • Complete sidewalk and entrance salting and shoveling
  • Strictly adhere to all health and safety requirements
  • Ensure regular garbage removal and recycling pick up occurs; take garbage bins in and out on pick up day
  • Ensure parking lot is monitored and maintained for safety
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of property
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to lift up to 22kg

YPM offers a variety of different layouts of suites which accommodate a diverse demographic of young couples, families, students and retirees.

The company employs over 1000 individuals working at head office, on site or at various properties managed by YPM.
