Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst who can contribute to the success of the project team by assisting the business and technical teams through the analysis and implementation of integration requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

Always up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Only recommending those with solid design principals that support good user experience design.

Strong organizational analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate any amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent documentation skills and the ability to create
design deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, design comps, user flows, sequence diagrams and associated documentation; and ability to iterate on those based on feedback.

Able to produce deliverables using the following

Agile, Devops, Visio, Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodology using OOAD process and modeling tools.

Ability to present your designs and evangelize your solutions to various stakeholders with an
ability to accept feedback/critiques and adjust your designs to resolve issues.

Be able to conceptualize designs and collaborate well with other team members ensuring overall design is implemented as intended.
Experienced in facilitating Joint Requirement Planning (JRP) & Joint Application Development (JAD) with Business User Groups, Subject Matter Experts, and IT to develop the design and limit the change process.
Experienced in executing and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting Quality Assurance (QA) in reviewing Test Procedures and Test cases, and reviewing and maintaining manual and automated Test scripts.

Desirable Assets:

Knowledge of, or
experience in the Healthcare Industry an asset.
Knowledge of
HL7 messaging standards, v2.x is an asset.
Ability to support discovery phase by analyzing current state of systems and business processes to define project requirements.
Working knowledge of
WCAG/Accessibility requirements is an asset
Be a
selfmotivated individual that can effectively work independently with little direction
Solid understanding of
Data Modeling.
Possess high levels of confidence when it comes to highly complex software, a background in software product development is a big asset.
Experience working in an
Agile/Scrum
development process and working with Product owners and Scrum Master to define and refine the backlogs of user requirements is considered an asset.
Experience in the field developing and customizing
Microsoft.

NET technologies and exposure to consulting is an asset

Knowledge of the following 'Business Analysis Documentation' practices:
Business Requirement Documents (
BRD)
Functional Specification Documents (
FSD)
Requirements Traceability Matrix (
RTM)
Use Case Specifications

Qualifications:

Experience & Education Requirements:

A minimum of
5 Years of experience in business analysis including requirements gathering and analysis, use case creation and functional design documentation; in area of software project implementations.
A minimum of
3 Years of experience working with clients in mid to largescale projects.
Able to comfortably interact with clients, understand their ideas and needs, and translate those needs into requirement understandings for technical teams.
Minimum
35 years' experience in UI/UX design with expert understanding of UI / UX design methodology and practices.
University degree or College diploma in Computer Sciences or related major.
A secondary degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related courses/certifications is highly desirable.
