What you will do...

  • Underwrite renewals and endorsements within the farm portfolio according to established underwriting guidelines.
  • Develop appropriate solutions for moderately complex underwriting problems
  • Respond to broker requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Negotiation of policy terms.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
What you will bring...

  • 23 years underwriting experience, farm preferred but not required.
  • CIP designation or actively pursuing.
  • Strong decision making skills and ability to bring creativity to underwriting risks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Post-Secondary education in a related field.
