Position Overview

Technical Leadership:

Provide guidance and leadership to the Development team. Oversee technical aspects of implementing designs. Empower the team to encourage innovation, maintain technical excellence, and act

Team Building & Performance Management:

Create leaders on the team. Establish smart goals and provide consistent mentorship to achieve them. Hire and onboard new staff. Create career progression opportunities, conduct performance evaluations, and build a highperformance team culture.

Quality Assurance:

Make quality everyone's Shift Left to ensure that development meets

the highest levels of precision, performance, and reliability early in the cycle. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to support the testing
processes.

Interdepartmental Partnership:

Foster a cooperative environment with Product,

Engineering, Project, and Support teams for collective problem-solving and achieving goals such as configuration documentation, delivery, and SLA objectives.

Delivery Leadership:

Own the execution of the product roadmap. Provide regular development status updates. Collaborate with crossfunctional roles to manage priorities and maintain an actionable backlog. Identify and manage technical and resource risks to ontime delivery.
