Facilities Reliability Co-op.



Position Summary/Objective:

The mandate of this position is to support Riverside's Asset Management Reliability Program at multi
- site locations. The goal of the program is to ensure equipment at Riverside operates at optimum efficiency and effectiveness by the implementation of Best-in
  • Class Asset Reliability Methods.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate and Uphold Riverside's Core Values.
  • Understand and enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Understand and enforce Riverside's Food Safety policies and procedures.
  • Asset Management
  • Manage and update asset data and key equipment manuals in the CMMS system.
  • Support the maintenance planner and supervisors to build PM programs and review the data quality of completed work orders.
  • Help develop KPIs and analytics for the Maintenance department.
  • Assist in the Continuous Improvement projects to increase equipment reliability.
  • Assist the MRO team in spare parts management perform cycle counts/audits and tagging bins/parts in the shop.
  • Support the Reliability Engineer to perform failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
  • Documentation Management
  • Assist in the SOPs and training documents development.
  • Assist in maintaining the CMMS system.
  • Assist in creating/updating AutoCAD drawings.
  • Assist in creating interlinked drawings for visual representation of the production floor.
  • Other Duties (as required):
  • Collaborate with the Process Engineer to review the Downtime data history to identify trends and repeat events leading up to failures.
  • Keeps the work atmosphere
    FUN by keeping it light and welcoming.

Reporting Relationships

  • Reports to the Reliability Engineer
  • No direct reports

Education & Qualifications

  • Engineering or related field student.
  • 2nd year and up university student.
  • Proven desire to learn and
    PASSION for technical fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Tableau is preferred.
