Revenue Operations Manager - Hybrid - Toronto
As the Manager of Revenue Operations in our SaaS business, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and aligning our revenue-generating functions.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS revenue models, sales processes, metrics, and customer lifecycle.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft's global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. What your day will look like:
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
- Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach towards revenue generation
- Implement and optimize processes that enhance lead generation, qualification, and conversion
Sales Operations:
- Oversee sales processes, tools, and technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and training
Customer Success Integration:
- Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals
- Implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize datadriven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential roadblocks
- Establish and maintain KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations
Systems and Technology:
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales and revenuerelated technologies
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration between systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with finance, product, and other departments to ensure a cohesive revenue strategy
- Facilitate communication and information flow between departments
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and enhance revenuegenerating activities
- Continuously assess and refine workflows to adapt to changing business needs
About You:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA or an advanced degree is a plus):
Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in a SaaS environment is essential:- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with financial principles related to revenue recognition and forecasting
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide crossfunctional teams
- Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
At least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is essential:
