KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Travel to customer facilities in the WFS market to support inventory management programs
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and inventory replenishment for onsite inventory and vending machine inventory at customer stocking locations
  • Fill and pack customer orders for delivery
  • Advise Inside Customer Service Representative of customer orders and/or requests while onsite
  • Interact with the customer's team members and leaders to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory at all stocking locations through proper labelling, 5S and cycle counts.
  • Use and maintain information systems as designed for tracking inventory, accurate receiving, etc. including S2K, Autocrib and customers ERP systems
  • Support, service and maintain all aspects of WFS equipment (vending equipment and tool crib equipment)
  • Follow all safety protocols in compliance with WFS' Health and Safety policies, the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the customer's safety program
  • Support the WFS Quality System
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Warehouse and/or customer service experience is an asset
  • Completion of high school diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and housekeeping skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with a demonstrated winning attitude
  • Proven skills in accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at different locations for coverage purposes as needed
  • Ability to work shift work, including nights and weekends, and 12hour shifts as needed
  • Ability to selfmanage, selfmotivate, and work independently
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and business partners and communicate effectively
  • Ability to learn and retain new software programs relating to industrial vending
  • Possession of a valid G driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
