About the Role

  • Develop ongoing insights and recommendations to support evolution of Aeroplan program.
  • Interpret, explain, and present findings and recommendations to the LCBO as well as Aeroplan and Trade partners in practical and relevant language.
  • Develop data requirements and measurement plans that accurately measure the success of Loyalty and CRM initiatives, manage the prioritization and execution of the measurement plans.
  • Build out and executes on the analytical models/segmentation roadmap in collaboration with Aeroplan.
  • Support experimental design, execution and analysis of each campaign.
  • Work closely with Customer Intelligence Manager to establish proactive analytics programs and projects that drive actionable customer insights.
  • Create case studies to demonstrate how analytics drive revenue, profit and/or efficiencies for LCBO and trade partners.
  • Lead a team of analysts responsible for providing data and analysis.
About You

  • Postsecondary education in a business, economics, statistics, data analytics and or an equivalent program and comparable work experience.
  • Solid understanding of customer data analytics and pre and post campaign analysis, reporting, KPI development and measurement.
  • Experience developing approaches to personalization for targeted marketing vehicles including recommendations for who to target, what the offer should be, vehicle and timing.
  • Experience with designing and building of analytical models including customer segmentation, offer optimization, product recommendation, statistical analysis and modelling, predictive models.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and external vendors/partners.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics and reporting, research, KPI development and measurement, and loyalty strategy.
  • Experience developing and working with AI solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Superior business acumen.
  • Working knowledge and experience with SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, MicroStrategy.
  • Critical and creative thinker with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
