Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by aiding customers in locating products and providing indepth product knowledge
- Receive and manage incoming shipments, including unloading and stocking merchandise
- Ensure products are displayed according to company standards, maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Conduct retail sales transactions and manage the cash area with accuracy
- Uphold housekeeping standards to create a clean and inviting store environment
- Perform various duties as assigned to support overall store operations
- Translate English texts into French in the areas of marketing, electronics, IT and Retail
- Maintain/update the content of the French website (banners, product descriptions, policies, etc.)
- Work closely with graphic designers and editors to create advertising materials for customers (promotions, posters, flyers, etc.)
- Ensure the translation of all descriptions and specifications of products in store are accurate
- Translate and update various policies and corporate guarantees
- Translate various documents for employees
- Review existing documents
- Complete the creation and translation of addenda and notice
Requirements:
- 12 years of retail sales experience in a similar technical environment
- Proficient in technical tasks related to computer parts, accessories, and consumer electronics
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent problemsolving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in bilingual (French)
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer parts and accessories, as well as consumer electronics
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 0B7: Relocate before starting work (required)
