About the Role:
Responsibilities:
Included but not limited to;
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Providing remote support to endusers through remote desktop software
- Prioritize work orders/help desk tickets according to severity
- Escalating complex issues to senior tech support/system analyst for resolution
- Maintaining records of technical support requests and resolutions in a helpdesk ticketing system
- Must keep accurate records of all assets, technical issues and resolutions as well as any changes made to computer systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to technology usage
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to new technologies and solutions
- Participate in projects related to technology implementation, upgrades, and migrations
- Ensuring the integrity of systems, security and data are protected from unauthorized access or damage
- Collaborating with other IT team members to maintain and improve network and system infrastructure
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Qualifications and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology or related certifications such as MCSE and CCNA preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop software
- Experience with Windows Server, AD users and computers, File Server etc.
- Experience with Azure / Office365 / Exchange36
- Experience with VMware
- Experience with property management and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
Salary/Wage:
