About This Opportunity:
The ADR will work in coordination with the Account Management and Sales Team of Docebo to fuel the team's growth by sourcing new opportunities within our client base, their affiliates, and subsidiaries, as well as global divisions and occasionally upsells within our customers.
This position will develop key pre-sales and sales skills with opportunities for growth within the Account Management and Sales teams at Docebo.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Docebo brand as part of the expansion team to prospects and current customers.
- Expand our network of customers by supplying topofthefunnel flow of new opportunities to the Account Management team.
- Work in tandem with Account Managers and customer marketing to identify opportunities to Cross-Sell and Upsell within Docebo's clients portfolio
- Work strategically alongside the Account Managers and other sales team members, to identify priority accounts, create account plans and map parent, sister companies and subsidiaries.
- Use account research and planning to strategically identify sales opportunities, key decision makers and influencers, and access Clevel executives
- Actively contribute to new and creative ways to uncover opportunities within your assigned accounts: eg. templates; campaign ideas etc.
- Contribute to the design of the ADR team's playbook by helping test new methods, design new sequences, and educate their peers on their learning.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience of Business Development experience in SaaS
- Proven capabilities and skills in opportunity qualification, precall planning, call structure/control, and time management
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Extremely selfmotivated with a diligent work ethic to exceed goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with Account Managers, team Members to set goals and strategy
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
If this role requires access to FedRAMP systems (which would be stated above), the following requirements apply:
- Experience within Technology Risk Management, Compliance, and Information Security
- Experience with compliance frameworks and federal security standards like FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST SP 80053, SOC2, ISO 27001, RMF
- Working knowledge of NIST SP concerning cloud technologies, architectures, and services
- Experience performing FedRAMP assessments, authorization, and continuous monitoring (ConMon) of cloud service offerings
