Your tasks at a glance
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
- You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring, and scheduling followups, across different regions.
- You could be crosstrained for other positions such as Clinical Assistant, Receptionist, etc.
A clear view of your assets
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You are comfortable using computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, EMR systems, etc.).
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
- You have the desire to succeed and are a resultsoriented person familiar with customer followup techniques.
- You are organized, selfdisciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.
- You are available to work Monday to Friday (8:00am4:00pm) with occasional Saturdays.
