We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Product to lead our product development process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a VP of Product, you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to align the strategic and roadmap for our multi-product portfolio, articulate and communicate the product vision to the company and the product team, and be responsible for enabling team budget and managing ETA, timeline, and reassessing effort to invest in projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business strategy and objectives
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support they need to succeed
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to define and execute on a gotomarket strategy that drives product adoption and growth
Define and track product metrics and KPIs, ensuring that they align with business objectives and drive product improvement and innovation
Own the product development process, from ideation to launch, and ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives, to ensure that product development is aligned with their needs and expectations
Enable team budget and manage ETA, timeline, and reassess effort to invest in projects
Continuously evaluate market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap
Collaborate closely with engineering management to structure and enable development teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and company strategy, and continually improving development processes to increase efficiency and quality of output.

Qualifications:

Visionary: Ability to think strategically and create a compelling product vision aligned with the company's longterm goals and market trends.
Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills: Effective at articulating the product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, crossfunctional teams, and external partners.
Extensive MSP industry experience: Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry, its dynamics, and customer needs, enabling informed decisionmaking and targeted product development.
Experience working with founders: Proven track record of collaborating closely with company founders to extend their vision, aligning product strategies, and executing plans to drive business growth.
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, and the ability to continuously improve them
Familiarity with fast software development cycles and methodologies: Experience working in environments with fast development cycles, such as Shape Up, Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), Vertical Slice, and failfast approaches. Comfortable with iterative and agile product development processes.
Proven experience as a VP of Product in a fastpaced, dynamic environment managing a multiproduct portfolio
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and build a highperforming product team
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of gotomarket strategy and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver on it
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track product metrics and KPIs that drive business growth
