The Opportunity


As an essential member of the Talent Management team located at the Oakville regional office, the Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Regional Talent Management Partner to deliver exceptional customer service in areas of Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Training, and Acquisition, to specified clientele.


This role is a good fit for anyone who enjoys working with people, wants to make a difference, has high and positive energy, and can effectively multi-task multiple prioritizes.


Requirements:


  • 1 year experience in same, or similar role.
  • College diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, preferred.
  • Comfortable presenting to small groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative and resourceful nature.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
