NOW HIRING:
Administrative Service Assistant

LOCATION:
Centennial Auto Sport & Tire, Summerside, PEI

HOURS:
Full time hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 12pm

WAGES:
$ $18.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

Exceptional client service and phone skills are essential.
Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and computer skills.
Reliable and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
Highly organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in a fastpaced environment.
Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge of vehicles is considered a valuable asset, but not mandatory.

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle and direct phone calls to ensure efficient communication.
Greet everyone with professionalism, helpfulness, and timeliness, creating a positive atmosphere.
Complete daily service reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
Provide appointment reminders and follow up with service customers, going the extra mile.
Perform general administration duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
