Description

Concord Confections, the manufacturer of Dubble Bubble gum and other fine candy products has immediate openings for full-time
Packaging Machine Operators. Positions are on the night shift.

Responsibilities

Complete prestart inspections as per procedure;
Ensure all materials are available to run as per the schedule;
Read and follow packaging specifications;
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safe food handling practices;
Maintain compliance to product specifications and characteristics;
Make minor adjustments, troubleshoot and monitor all stages of the operation;
Collect, confirm and verify each line report;
Ensure equipment is operated according to company safety rules and regulations;
Follow safe food preparation and handling practices;
Check raw materials identification and traceability;
Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy including sanitation of equipment;
Monitor machine and equipment performance;
Monitor metal detectors;
