Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for providing direction and supervision to all trades, ensuring a safe jobsite, providing great customer service, and following established reporting and checklist procedures.

Responsibilities:

The duties of the Site Supervisor include:

Providing direction and supervision to trades to ensure all deadlines are met
Review job control sheets and plans to ensure all instructions are implemented
Maintaining quality control
Ensuring a safe jobsite
Providing great customer service
Following established reporting and checklist

Requirements:

3 to 5 years experience in residential construction supervision
Preference will be given to those with Red Seal certification
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate strong work ethic and leadership skills
Must be able to interpret architectural/structural drawings
Knowledgeable in all areas of custom home building
The site supervisor should have significant knowledge about all areas of new construction and should be very familiar with the entire process of building a home from start to finish
A valid driver's license. We will provide a company vehicle.

Pay:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
