Your Opportunity
Our National Accounting and Assurance Team is looking for a
Specialist, Corporate Projects for a 9 month contract.


You will be joining a team of recognized experts responsible for delivering the overall firm strategy; you will play an integral part in assisting the firm to deliver on strategic initiatives.


This individual will also own the following responsibilities:

  • Support the National Accounting and Assurance Team in attaining strategic goals by:
  • Managing ongoing, recurring, and new projects to ensure timely execution and completion
  • Communicating with internal clients regarding the status and progress of their projects
  • Enforcing existing processes and implementing new processes
  • Providing daytoday guidance for the team's administrative personnel
  • Prepare reports for Senior leadership concerning project status, and keep leadership informed of project direction, adjusting as necessary
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations regarding project direction and recommendations to Senior leadership in the group and organization
  • Manage monthly meetings for the Firm Technical leaders including agenda, materials, and meeting minutes
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams such as Translation, Events, Marketing, and Corporate Communications on behalf of the National Accounting and Assurance Team

Your experience and education

  • You have a minimum of 2 + years of working experience in an administrative or similar role
  • You have a Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
  • You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • You are highly organized with the ability to manage and track multiple demands
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions clearly and articulately
  • You have proven project management success with a strong track record of ontime, onbudget, and tospecification delivery of projects and experience
