We have an exciting opportunity for a Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Service Team in Langley, BC.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with an excellent benefits package, and room for growth.

Shift Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with all departments to ensure we are meeting customer expectations and providing value to our customers
Ensure smooth sales, order, and return process by effective communication internally and with customers.
Quotation follow up, understanding our offering vs competitors to obtain purchase order
Travel to meet with customers to understand their business and their aluminum requirements.
Day to day communication with customers to provide technical information, answer questions and solve issues
Track the process for large new accounts or new product lines for existing accounts.
Assisting with quotations, understanding pricing, drafting process and project deadlines.
Maintain updated knowledge of all technical terms, company products, services, and capabilities.
Calculate costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely completion of projects and communicate deadlines
Manage customer projects forecasting, new products and customer requirements, daily, monthly, and yearly.
Provide project updates on different product stages.
Resolve any discrepancies.
Other duties, as assigned.

Knowledge/Experience:

5+ years of inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous aluminum extrusion experience an asset.
Project management experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of product, manufacturing, quote and order processes and customer service best practices.
