As a Supplier Quality Coordinator, you will validate the documentation of new parts or sub-assemblies purchased, handle non-conformances and supplier deviation requests, and participate in improvement plans.
You will be a member of the Operational Quality department which ensures that parts, sub-assemblies and finished products comply with specified standards, and that non-conformances are recorded, evaluated, and addressed according to corrective action plans.
Your mandate:
revolutionize the world of transportation, while
:
- Defining and communicating TM4 quality requirements to project teams and suppliers;
- Participating in project reviews (PPM) and coordinating quality activities with the operational quality team
- Validating FAI or PPAP documentation for new parts or subassemblies purchased;
- Dealing with nonconformities related to purchased parts and subassemblies;
- Requesting, following and validating action plans (8D) from suppliers;
- Managing deviations issued by suppliers;
- Participating in supplier evaluations. Drafting, following up on improvement plans;
- Performing supplier process audits when necessary.
- Developing new suppliers (explanation of requirements, implementation of quality standards and qualification via audit / SSA)
- Maintaining and improving supplier quality processes
You will be successful in this role if you have
:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
- Essential: Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, facilitate meetings, influence, and engage external and internal stakeholders
- Essential: demonstrated experience in FAI / PPAP validation, action plan management (8D tool)
- Indepth knowledge of Excel tools
- Essential: Very good level in French and English
- Available to travel internationally (Occasional)
