Responsibilities:
Perform front desk duties
Act as liaison in some HR-related tasks
Serve customers by answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information
Maintain office scheduling
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required
Microsoft word and Excel experience
Minimum of 2 years office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication & listening skills
Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Shows initiative, follows established procedures
Pay:
$19.00-$27.00 per hour

Education:
