The impact you will have:


The Programs and Alliance Manager, Cisco will develop, direct, and take accountability for the core functions of one of the company's most important partner relationships, including campaign activities, joint investment programs, and alignment efforts.

What you'll do:


  • Leading a team to create, pitch and execute program, incentive, and enablement activities to grow our Cisco business faster than the market and maximize profitability for Softchoice
  • Managing significant capacity and capability investments to drive transformational change at Softchoice
  • Maximizing the value of significant marketing development budget in close alignment with our marketing organization
  • Understanding the partner organizations, decision makers, influencers and contacts within Cisco to build key relationships within the Cisco ecosystem to drive the integration and partnership and enable go to market strategy
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders in Director, VP, and Senior Executive positions at Softchoice and Cisco to manage a process for creating awareness and preference for their respective products
  • Coordinating with Cisco and partner marketing on partnerrelated announcements, PR, marketing and conference activities
  • Maintaining the highest standards as a worldwide partner for Cisco and ensuring all legal compliance
  • Always be looking for, building, and advocating customer evidence in support of Cisco outcome
  • Serving as a liaison between cross functional teams within Cisco's product management, engineering, marketing, support, professional services, sales teams and other BUs
  • Collaborating with Softchoice Product marketing & Innovation teams and Cisco to drive collateral creation such as technical presentations, best practices, case studies, reference architecture designs and solution guides
  • Promote awareness of the Softchoice/Cisco value proposition within Softchoice and to Cisco
  • Demonstrate the ability to Lead through influence
  • You are highly motivated to achieve Cisco field margin and profitability targets
  • Want to make constant improvement to process and engagement

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 7+ years of business-to-business sales or business development experience
  • An understanding of Cisco as a Strategic partner
  • Have experience building enablement and go to market content & collateral
  • Demonstrate ability to lead crossdepartmental collaboration on strategic initiatives
  • Are creative thinkers and problem solvers with strong presentations skills
  • Experience managing relationships at executive levels within an organization
  • You are selfmanaged and motivated with strong leaderships skills and work well with multiple, virtual teams
  • The ability to build and conduct business reviews
  • Confident in creating, pitching and securing incremental funding from our partners and executing the plans
  • Have experience introducing new offerings that align to our journey and Business Development categories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferred
