Duties:

Monitor emergency alarm systems and respond promptly to incoming alarms
Coordinate with emergency services such as police, fire, and medical personnel as needed
Document all alarm activities and responses accurately
Conduct regular checks on alarm systems to ensure proper functioning
Provide clear and concise communication during emergency situations
Follow established protocols and procedures for alarm response

Requirements:

Proven experience in emergency management or a related field
Strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate responses during emergencies
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Excellent communication skills to interact with emergency services and team members effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required
