Reporting to our Operations team, we are currently seeking a motivated, dynamic and organized individual to join our team in Edmonton as a Receptionist You will be expected to work with dynamic colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge with you.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting employees, visitors, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensuring sign in procedures are followed
  • Coordinating office activities (meetings, visitors, special events, etc.) and manage boardroom(s) readiness at all time
  • Assisting with local car fleet management (exchange of vehicles, winter tires, gas cards, etc.)
  • Input and track employee training records.
  • Track vendor qualification documents and obtain updates when required.
  • Manage product label inventories for the commercial group.
  • Liaise with our Digital and Operations team as the main contact for workplace flexibility bookings.
  • Processing of Mail (Incoming, outgoing) and processing of courier on a regular basis (preparation of bills, envelopes, call courier)
  • Manage local office supplies and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with any special projects as needed for various departments
  • Communicating with local service suppliers (ie, cleaners, landscapers, etc.) to ensure requirements are met
  • Administration resource for our Operations and Logistics and Customer Service Teams
  • Answer and route all incoming calls
  • Provide support to the traffic coordinator as required
What are the requirements and skills needed?

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Host, Administrative Coordinator or Receptionist in a dynamic environment
  • Have a related postsecondary education in office administration or related field
  • Excited to contribute towards a highperformance culture, accustomed to a fastpaced environment
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; to work effectively with the Office 365 suite)
