    Description

    Job Description

    We are searching for an Accounting Clerk to become part of our team. This position will mainly involve fundamental accounting and general administrative tasks to assist our team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Verify, prepare, and approve payment slips
    • Check collection reports daily
    • Prepare and input journal entries
    • Update specific accounting schedules monthly
    • Generate month-end accounting reports as per schedule
    • Offer administrative assistance to accountants in carrying out clerical duties
    • Organize and distribute various documents
    • Support other team members in the division with specific tasks

    Qualifications

    To be part of our team, you should have:

    • College degree or professional diploma in accounting or equivalent
    • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
    • Solid understanding of Excel
    • Bilingual proficiency
    • Familiarity with computerized accounting systems
    • Ability to manage priorities, maintain good relationships with colleagues, show accuracy in data processing, and work independently
