- Champion a client-driven culture to deepen relationships and leverage Bank resources.
- Prepare and execute security and Business Banking documents.
- Maintain knowledge of Commercial and Small Business products and processes.
- Initiate changes to improve services and resolve issues.
- Respond effectively to service inquiries and concerns.
- Independently execute Commercial and Small Business lending transactions.
- Process high volumes of credit and customer transactions.
- Provide timely resolution to clients on products and services.
- Identify knowledge gaps and address performance concerns.
- Assist in identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Post-Secondary Education.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Financial Services.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable of Business Banking credit and products.
- Experience in onboarding accounts and loan/funding.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
