Skyline Group is a Canadian company that manufactures and sells roof safety and access systems such as permanent ladders, guardrails, and walkway systems to clients throughout Canada.


Key Accountabilities

  • Develop new products that move the company forward to generate greater revenue
  • Review and update existing products to improve ease of use/installation/maintenance, maintain a competitive edge, achieve cost/operational efficiencies
  • Come up with creative and compliant solutions to custom projects
  • Full scale product development, from inception to final product
  • Complete projects in line with the R&D schedule and collaborating with an Executive and other departments.
  • Fully implement finalized new products into the system including all documentation, part numbers, etc.
  • Provide competitive, simple, and modular designs
  • Limit company liability
  • Use CAD

Performance Measures

  • R&D projectbased outcomes
  • Producing acceptable custom project designs within 2 days for CAD team

Salary:
$70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
