    Requirements/Skills

    • Must have valid driver's licence
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Exceptional time-management skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks quickly
    • Thrives in a busy, deadline-oriented environment
    • Ability to read and create diagrams
    • Strong math skills
    • Comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
    • Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment or independently
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to grasp potential issues and problem solve
    • AutoCAD experience an asset
    • Knowledge of paving industry an asset

    Responsibilities

    • Meet with new or established clients on site
    • Identify and meet client's needs and requirements
    • Prepare and process accurate estimates in a timely manner
    • Communicate and market directly to new and existing clients
    • Attend networking events
    • Supervise snow removal sites in winter months
    • Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety rules
