A day in the life of a Service Video Advisor:

The Service Video Advisor will take a video of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keeping them updated on progress and allowing them a chance to be part of the decision-making process.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
  • Proper explanation of the technicians' vehicle prognosis on video
  • Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
  • Cleanliness of the service department
  • Service department support when and where required

Requirements:


  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Be prompt, punctual and detailoriented
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract
