Job Summary
This position will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of our executives.

Salary:
$60,000 - $70,000 Plus benefits


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assisting executives: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Meeting coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, compile necessary documents, and take detailed minutes when required.
  • Document and report preparation: Assist in the creation, review, and editing of presentations, reports, and other important business documents.
  • Database and file management: Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient organization and easy retrieval of information.
  • Project support: Provide project support as needed, which may include conducting research, preparing project summaries, and coordinating with team members.
  • Administer expenses, track and ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices and expense report reconciliation
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Positive Influence: Build and maintain positive relations with all team members and stakeholders in the business.
  • Team Player with a 'Happy to Help' personality: Other duties as assigned

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred

  • Organization and multitasking skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work, ensuring highquality outputs.
  • Techsavviness: Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, sheets, slides, Gmail, G-Drive) and other relevant software. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to handle changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
