Hours:
Part-time, casual positions available.


Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities include:


  • Support clients by involving them in the provision of their own care when possible.
  • Support clients in activities of daily living as outlined in their individual support service agreement/ individual service plan (not limited to; rising, retiring, positioning, transferring, dressing, hygiene, and light meal preparations)
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement of the RHA and associated care services.
  • Participate in mandatory education/training inservices for skill development and updates on new and/or relevant information on best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Related work experience within the community, with adults with physical disabilities, an asset.
  • Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated capability to fulfill the physical demands and time availability requirements of the position.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team approach, and adapt to changing situations
  • A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check is required.

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Academic or Professional Experience in a related field, an asset
