DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing business operations
- Developing and supporting a clear organizational structure for the company
- Direct monitoring, control, and help to office managers
- Developing KPIs
- Consistent analysis of business performance. Corrections of the operational plans to achieve set business goals
- Project Management
- Establishing effective communication between different departments and team members
- Proactive search and suggestions for new business development opportunities
- Developing sales strategies and coaching sales and ad managers
- Resolving problematic cases, troubleshooting Amazon claims, negative reviews, and refunds
- Rational distribution of workload between the team members and setting adequate deadlines
- Managing weekly milestone meetings
- Daily reporting to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Leadership skills
- 3+ years of experience in management and ecommerce
- Great attention to details
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Problemsolving skills
Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
