DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing business operations
  • Developing and supporting a clear organizational structure for the company
  • Direct monitoring, control, and help to office managers
  • Developing KPIs
  • Consistent analysis of business performance. Corrections of the operational plans to achieve set business goals
  • Project Management
  • Establishing effective communication between different departments and team members
  • Proactive search and suggestions for new business development opportunities
  • Developing sales strategies and coaching sales and ad managers
  • Resolving problematic cases, troubleshooting Amazon claims, negative reviews, and refunds
  • Rational distribution of workload between the team members and setting adequate deadlines
  • Managing weekly milestone meetings
  • Daily reporting to the General Manager

Requirements:


  • Leadership skills
  • 3+ years of experience in management and ecommerce
  • Great attention to details
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Problemsolving skills

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
