- Proven experience as a corporate trainer
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Solid understanding of technology platforms, technology update iterations impacting business processes, and the association between business and systems processes
- Great communication, presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
- Organizational, time management, and project management abilities
- Excellent writing and editing skills, be highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple training content
- Proficiency in software applications such as word processors, presentation software, and e-learning software (e.g., Articulate, Rise) is an asset
- Experience in delivering training on commercial systems and processes is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce system is an asset
- Knowledge of Indirect Retail channel operation is an asset
