Work with internal contacts to create and distribute monthly team member newsletter.

  • Create and manage job descriptions for all positions and standard operating procedures where applicable.
  • Recruitment: Manage end to end recruitment cycle for all hiring positions.
  • Onboarding: Onboard all new hires as per Erin Park's culture and expectations.
  • Training & Development: Administer Toyota University and Lexus Academy course registration for Parts, Service, and Sales. Communicate eligibility for upcoming training sessions to applicable managers.
  • Maintain employee records
  • Track dealerships Presidents Program and provide managers with monthly reporting for their team.
  • Business Continuity: complete and coordinate monthly updates/ checklist by department to ensure plan is up to date.
  • Support Service department apprenticeship program. Complete registration with the ministry and inform HR manager of changes in year progression for apprentices.
  • Manage Uniform inventory and coordinate with employees, parts and payroll team for further processes.
  • Team member recognition:
  • Monthly update Erin Park Employee Creating Smiles board
  • Monthly gather and track peer to peer smile awards
  • Other tasks and responsibilities will be assigned as needed by the business and HR Leader.
  • Demonstrate and follow Erin Park's 5 Car Keys (i.e. Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency) through daily activities and interactions

Qualifications:

  • Completion of post secondary education related to Human Resources Management.
  • 6 months to a year of previous experience in human resources is required
  • Strong interest in building a career in the Human Resources field
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Excellent computer skills and superior knowledge of all MS Office Suite programs
  • Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and processoriented working style
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Team Player
