What you will do:
Loyalty and Subscription Manager will be responsible for leading growth and engagement for CineClub (Cineplex's movie membership program).

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate membership growth
  • Identify and design campaigns to grow and engage membership base through analytics and insights
  • Identify and execute expansion of membership types and expanded gifting models
  • Cultivate a mindset of innovation, automation, agility and experimentation
Education & Certification

  • Post Secondary Education in Related Field (marketing, digital marketing)
  • Project Management Certification
Experience

  • Experience in recurring revenue product management
  • Experience in delivering technology based product enhancements
  • Experience with mining data to uncover opportunities across segments
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Business Acumen focused on recurring revenue products (subscriptions, credit card etc.)
  • Sound skills in utilizing business tolls (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for stakeholder communication
  • Strong digital media and creative brief expertise to optimize guest facing communications
  • Growth mindset
