About Us:


We offer an innovative program designed to instill fundamental STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) concepts using a curriculum that creates a fun and enjoyable learning environment for children.

Our programs create an environment that helps facilitate youth to discover their creativity, expand their imagination, and develop critical thinking skills.

We do this through after school classes, summer camps, workshops, and birthday parties.


This Position:

We are currently hiring for a Birthday Party Instructor to work weekends when we run our parties


There may also be opportunities to work with our afterschool program or other workshops with community partners if you'd like.


Location:
Unit #B Tower Hill Rd, Richmond Hill ON L4E0K6 Canada


Responsibilities:


  • Working with children ranging from 41
  • Delivering fun and enriching activities for the 2 hour party
  • Managing and engaging groups of 630 children
  • Preparing supplies for the event
  • Building strong and positive relationships with children and parents
  • Cleaning / Organizing as needed
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of all participants
  • Maintain a professional selfimage and project the values of the school at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Enthusiastic, creative, energetic, patient, fun and knowledgeable
  • Experience in behaviour management and problemsolving skills
  • Teaching or childcare: 1 year (preferred)
  • Must be available on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Current Standard First Aid / CPR-C certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Screening
