Description

The Program Associate is a key member of the Master of Global Management program team providing day-to-day administrative and operational support in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Under the direction of the MGM Program Manager, the role has a strong orientation toward customer service, projects and cross-functional teamwork, and presents a positive and professional image while employing the University's values (Caring, Creative, and Courageous).


As a primary point of contact on non-academic matters, this position is integral to optimizing the student experience by providing multi-faceted support for the duration of their program at RRU.

The position may support programs delivered in an on-campus, online, or blended format.

  • Job Requirements
  • Postsecondary certificate or diploma in office administration or business
  • Minimum three years of recent administrative support experience. Note, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Experience working with diverse populations in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced ability to use MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Ability and willingness to become proficient with university's systems and software, e
