Annual Salary:
$65,153 - $81,435 per year


Available Positions: 2 FT positions


Reporting to the Manager - Regional Referral System, the Change Management Lead is responsible for the engagement and adoption with health service providers in the North West.

Working in tight collaboration with delivery partners inside and outside of St. Joseph's Care Group, the Change Management Lead will provide excellent customer service to clinical professionals across the region.


Qualifications:


Education/Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma with a focus on: Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a Registered Health Care Professional
  • Change Management knowledge and experience

Skills/Abilities:

  • Superior ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations, information sessions, and education modules to groups using language appropriate to the audience
  • Strong project/time management, analytical/critical thinking, problemsolving, and decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently, interdependently, and participate as a contributing member of a variety of teams within the workplace, community and ministries/agencies to meet program goals and objectives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as survey tools

Assets:

  • Change Management Certification
  • CAPM or PMP Certification
  • Recent experience in a clinical environment
  • The ability to converse in a second language would be an asset
  • LEAN Green Belt Certification

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:


  • This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
Ability to travel frequently within Northwestern Ontario and provide own transportation.
