Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer service technicians and ensure excellent customer service is provided
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Train and coach customer service technicians on effective communication and problemsolving skills
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Skills:


  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns to improve customer service processes
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills for managing customer information and inquiries

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
