Customer Service Coordinator - Toronto, Canada - Giancola Aluminum Contractors
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service technicians and ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and coach customer service technicians on effective communication and problemsolving skills
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns to improve customer service processes
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills for managing customer information and inquiries
Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
