About the role:

As our PPSA Administrator, you'll be integral to protecting GM Financial assets by performing corporate, bank and lien searches, evaluating the results and compiling recommended actions to ensure interest is secured.

You'll work with legal, management and other secured parties in this fast paced industry


Responsibilities:


  • You have strong experience performing Corporate, Bank, and PPSA searches analyzing results and recommending action.
  • You're very familiar with filing PPSA registrations, priority and general security agreements.
  • You're meticulous; you follow up and ensure the work is completed because you recognize the importance of accuracy and timeliness.
  • You're very observant, noticing any anomalies and take direction to resolve.
  • You work independently but check in with management to update on progress.
  • Keeping accurate records and files is second nature.
  • You're very familiar with contract administration functions.
  • You enjoy the variety of occasional additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 2+ years of PPSA experience is required.
  • 3+ years of contract administration experience is preferred.
  • Postsecondary education in Legal Administration and/or Paralegal designation is required.
