About the Role:


  • Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you'll acquire new clients through sales activities and lead management; develop and maintain excellent relations with customers; and provide outreach to renewing clients or for new product and service sales.
  • Leveraging your customer service skillset, you'll act as a single point of contact for CCOHS' clientrelated matters, providing sales and technical support. You'll sell products and services, through promotional activities referrals, presentations, demonstrations, and exhibits at conferences. You'll also provide timely followup to ensure any questions, concerns, sales barriers or other issues are clarified and resolved.
  • Working closely with the Client Services team, you'll play an integral part in our customer acquisition and retention plans, with direct involvement in carrying out the customer lifecycle program with existing clients.

What You Have:


  • A university degree or college diploma in an appropriate field and at least three (3) years of varied and progressively responsible salesrelated experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to nontechnical individuals.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety or a related discipline.
  • Broad experience using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and contact management software.
  • Fluent ability to communicate orally and in writing in English and French is required.

Salary:

Within the range of


$75,234 to
$96,864 (CCOHS-08) per annum.

Full-time, temporary, unionized position
