Responsibilities:
- Transcribe minutes of meetings.
- Prepare accurate correspondence.
- Plan and coordinate meetings.
- Handle details of travel arrangements.
- Handle details of bookkeeping and billing.
- Obtain and verify information from vendors, customers, and staff.
- Update filing systems.
- Process documents for payment and filing.
