Office AdministratorDuties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Assist with training and development of new employees
- Manage medical office operations, including patient scheduling and billing
- Ensure proper functioning of phone systems and provide phone etiquette training to staff
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Knowledge of medical office management procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines
Pay:
$39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
