Office Administrator


Duties:


  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office
  • Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Maintain and organize office files and records
  • Assist with training and development of new employees
  • Manage medical office operations, including patient scheduling and billing
  • Ensure proper functioning of phone systems and provide phone etiquette training to staff
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field
  • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
  • Knowledge of medical office management procedures is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office equipment, such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines

Pay:
$39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
