If you have proven experience delivering complex software solutions to enterprise and mid-market corporations, then we have an excellent career opportunity for you In this client facing role, you will gather requirements, offer knowledge and recommendations, and configure Dynamics 365 systems according to customer requirements.

Does this sound like you?

BS degree or higher;
Minimum five years of work experience in an MS CRM environment in any capacity;
Minimum three years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Field Service, PSA);
Strong CRM industry and product knowledge:
Minimum two years of experience with system design or information systems;
Minimum four years of experience as a CE consultant;
Project management experience is an asset.
Handson experience with multiphase, globally delivered CRM implementation projects;
Experience with Dynamics 365 in onpremise implementations and environments;
Proficient in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement;
Familiarity with relational database concepts;
Ability to:

- meet deadlines;
- handle multiple activities in a dynamic and energizing environment.

Strong configuration and leadership skills;
Excellent:

- team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities with a strong client service orientation;
- presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors;
- organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
